under Preliminary Order 23192m approved Jang�ry 12, 1971
The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of,the Commissioner of Finance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is
to reconatruct the sidewdk on the sunth side af Cas� Aven�e frva� Algo�quin Avenge
to Iroquoia Avenge aad b� doing all ot�ier w�rk which is Aece�saiy aa� i�cidea�al
to complete said isprovea�+eut, aacept where good and sufficieat poured sideaalka x�
exiat,
with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $ 4.4� per l�,n ft for 5' �ide walk
� 5.3� per lin ft for 6' Wide w�lk
Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the �St� day of
March, 1971 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A.M., in the Cauncil Chamber of the Court
House and City Hall Building in the �ity of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons �nd in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place of
heaxing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated,
