In the Matter of recon�tructing the sidewalk on the sauth aide of Reaneq Avenue
froa Rennard Street to Flandrau Street and by doing all other work Which ia necessary
and incidenCal to cv�plete said improvement,
under Preliminary-0rder 251918 approvec� January 12, 1971
The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Finance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is
to reconstruct the sideWalk on the south side of 8eansy Avenue froa Kennard Stre�t
to Flandran Street and by doing all ether work which is necessarq a�d it�aidtntal
to ccreple�e said improvement, except where gcod and snfficient poured aideWalka
now exist,
with no alternatives, and that the estimated coat thereof is $ 4.40 per lin ft for 5' wide �alk
$ 5.30 per lin ft €or 6' wide �a1k
Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 2��� day of
Narch, 1971 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A.M., in the Council Chamber of the Court
House and City Hall Building in the City af St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Chaxter, stating the time and place of
heaxing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
