The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commis�ioner of Fin�cnce
up�n the above improvement, and havin� considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is
to recoastruct the sideanik on the north side of East Foarth �treet from �ot�ian
3treet to Atlaatic 3tree� and by doiag all other Wrk whi�h is necessary and i�e�i-

said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place of
