In the Matter of reconstructing the sidewalk on both sides of Bush Avenue from
Kennard Street to Flandrau SCreet and by doing all other Work which is necessary and
incidental to complete said improvement,
under Preliminary Order 251913 approve� January 12, 1971
The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Finance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is
to reconstruct the sidewalk on both sides of Bush Avenue fro� Kennard Street to
ilandrau Street and by doing all other work which is necessarq and incidental to
complete said impr�veaent, except where good and sufficieut poured sidewalks nc�w
exist,
with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $ 4.40 per lin ft for 5' wide walk
$ 5.30 per lin ft for 6' wide walk
Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 25th day of
March, 1971 , at the hour of 10 dclock A.M., in the Council Chamber of the Court
House and City Hail Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of
sa,id meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total cast thereof as estimated.
