The Council of the City of St. Paul havi�ng received the report of th�e Commissioner of Finance
upon the above improvement, 'and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1, That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement `
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of th�e improvement which the Council recommends is
to recon�truct the aidevalk on the aouth sfde of Margaret Strest froa Hancock
Street to Bari Street and by ddng all other work which is necessary and incideatal
to complete said improvement, exaept Wheze good and snfficient poured sid�walks:nory►

with no alternatives,'and that the estimated cost thereof is $ '�•'�0 per lin �t for S' vide walk

Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 23rd day of
M�arch, 1971 , , at the hour of 10 o'clock A.M., in the Council Chaxnber of the Court
House and City Hall Building in the City af St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persona and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total cast thereof as estimated.
