The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Finance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the�said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is
to r�conatruat the sidewalk on' both 'sides of Convay Street from Bar1 3treet to
Frank 3treet and by doing all other work Which is secessarq and iacidental �o
camplete said ingroveaent, except vhere good and s�ffi�ient poared si�eWalke nai►
exist, _
with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $ 4•�� per lin ft for 5' wide �ilk

Resolved`�'urther, That a public heaxing be had on said improvement on the 23rd day of
t�arch, 1971 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A.M., in the Council Chambe�r of the Court
House and City Hall Bnilding in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Financ�e give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place of
heaxing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
