RESOLVED, that a credit in the amount of One Thousand Two Hundred
Ninety Dollars ($1, 290) be allowed under Contract L-7346 between the
City of Saint Paul and the Peoples Electric Co. , said contract for the
Electrical Constxuction of the Saint Paul Civic Center Multi-Purpose Arena
Building, and said credit to cover the addition of five exterior canopy light
fi.xtures and the deletion of twenty exterior soffit fixtures over canopies,
said work having been requested by the Civic Center Authority and. agreement
made with the Contractor, and, a memorand.um of said agreement having
been filed with the Comptroller and countersigned by him. Credit 6000-605
to be recredited to 7420-460. Job #70-45.
