RESOLVED, that a credit in the amount of One Thousand, One Hundred
Thirty Nine Dollars ($1, 139) be allowed under Contract L-7346 between
the City of Saint Paul a.nd the Peoples Electric Company, said contract for
the Electrical Construction of the Saint Pau1 Civic Center Multi-Purpose
Arena Building, and said. credit to cover d.eletion of twenty type 'U'
fixtures in Connecting Concourse due to accepted alternative acoustical
tile ceiling in lieu of acoustical plaster and deletion of one ceiling fixture,
said .changes having been requested by the Civic Center Authority and
agreement made with the contractor, and a memorandum of said agreement
, having been filed with the Comptroller and countersigned by him. Credit
PIR. 6000�605 to be recredited to 7420-460, Job #70-45.
