RESOLVED, that a net extra in the amount of Four Thousand, Eight Hundred
Sixty Dollars ($4, 860. 00) be allowed under Contract L-7343 between the City of Saint
Paul and the Bor�Son Construction, Inc. , said contract for the General Construction
of the 5a.int Paul Civic Center Multi-Purpose Arena Building and said extra to cover
the following:
1. Change various dimensions and elevations per Field. Order 11, Items 1,
2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7a, 8b, 11, 12, 13b, 14a, 14b, and 16. No change in cost.
2. Extend outboard limits of acoustical roof deck ll" per field, order 11,
item 7c; change roof deck in area within grid R6 from type 'B'
acoustical deck to type 'C' steel deck. Modify structural steel
support for item 7c. ADD $784. 00
3. Change various steel roof beams in Connecting Concourse ADD 330. 00
4. Change steel roof beams of Arena in order to provide for a
level gutter at roof perimeter. ADD 2, 520. 00
5. Change size of pe�imeter steel beams for mechanical equipment
platforms in Arena truss space DEDUCT 570. 00
6. Change support anchorage of precast concrete facia panels at
Connecting Concourse ADD 1, 162. 00
Net Total $4, 226. 00

fsaid work having been requested by the Civic Center Authority and agreement made with
the contractor, and a memorandum of said agreement having been filed with the Comptroller
and countersigned by him. Charge to 6000-603 to be reimbursed from 7420-460. Job
#70-45.
