WHERF,AS, it has been found necessary to ehange, modify�, and a�end certa3n
portions o� the Plans and Specifications heretofore approved for the proposed
repair of the Ear1 Street Bridge over the Burlingtan Northern and the Chi.cago
North Western Railways a,nd East Seventh Street, as approved July 22, 1971, by
Council Resolution C. F. No. 255�55; now, therefore, upon the recommendation
of the Co�nissioner of Public Works be 3t
RESOLVED, That the Plans and Specifications for the above nam�d i.mprove-
ment, as approved by the Council, be and the same are hereby changed, modif3ed
and amend.ed in accordance with Addendum No. l, which is attached to and made
a part of this Resolution and of �he aforeatent3oned Plans and Specifications;
and that fUrther, all interested parties be notified of this Addendum.
