WHEREAS, The Commissioner of Public Safety and the Bureau of Nealth have
submitted investigation and inspection reports pertaining to the hereinafter
described property, copies of which are attached hereto and made a part
hereof;
WHEREAS, The Council finds that the conditions described in the he reinafter
described property constitutes nuisance which threaten the public peace,
health and safety; and
WHEREAS, Pursuant to Section 374 of the Charter of the City of Saint
Paul and Section 265.52 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code, 24 hours'
notice has been given to the owner, occupant, or agent of each of such
property demanding the abatement and r�emoval of such nuisances ; now, the refor�,
be it
RESOLVED, That upon the recommendation of the Comnissioner of Public
Safety, the Comnissioner of Public Works is hereby directed to surr�narily
and forthwith r�move the said nuisances from the following described property:
99 North Milton - North 47 Feet, Lots 27 & 28, Block 30, Sumnit Park Addition --
Large amount of rubbish and garbage.
the cost of such removal to be charged against Fund No. 0979; and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Commissioner of Public Safety is directed
to ascertain the cost of such removal and to forward the same to the County
Auditor on or before October 1 of the year in which ascertained for collection
in the same manner as taxes against said property.
