WHEREAS , the Mayor did, on the 8th day of June, appoint
a committee for the purpose of proposing a reorganization plan
pursuant to the new eharter; and
WHEREAS , it is the desire of this Council to expand such
committee; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Council 'does herewith ratify such
action of the Mayor taken on the 8th day of June; and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that this Council does herewith ratify
fihe appointment by the Mayor of the following named persons to
serve on said reorganization committee in addition to the
originally named group:
Mrs. Lois M. Pollari, 336 Lilac Lane
Mr. Richard A. Schnarr, 2449 Edgcumbe Road
Mr. Orville C. Peterson, 1,137 E. Hyacinth Avenue
Dr. G. Theo. Mitau, 1787 Bohland Avenue
Mrs. August (Patricia C.) Caron, 1026 Fortland Avenue
and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that said c�ommittee is to operate and
function according to the terms and conditions outlined in the
letter of the Mayor to the Council, dated June 8, 1971.
