The basis for the recommendation is as follows: On November 6, 2002, a letter was sent to you by the Office of LIEP, advising you that your license had expired as of August 7, 2002 and that you needed to gay the license and late fees if yuu wished to continue in business. As of today's date, no fees have been paid and you have not contacted LIEP to state that you no longer do business in Saint Paul. The zecommendation is for the immediate suspension of your license until all license fees and late fees have been paid in full. If you do not dispute the above £acts, you will need to pay the sum immediately to the licensing office to take care of this matter. Altematively, if you are no longer in business in the City of Saint Paul, you will need to send a letter to LIEP informing them of that fact.
