WHEREAS. Ordinance No. 3250 authorizes and provides
for overtime wo=k, and
WHSREAS, 'I'he Clerk of Municipal Court has authorized
overtime work in his department during the period from
July 24, 1971 to August 6, 1971, therefore be it

authorized to pay the employees who perform sueh overtime
work in accordance with the provisions of Ordi.nance No.
6446 and 3250.
