RESOLVED, that the Councit of the City of Saint Paul hereby
authorizes and d3rects the proper Cfity officers to charge Public
Utilities Investigation Trust Fund #5500 for expenses incurred by
the City in retaining the servtces of Christopher Columbus &
Associates, court reporters, for the hearing being conducted
between the City Councit before the Hearing Exam9ner, Robert Sheran,
in the electric rate matter lnitiated by Northern States Power in its
petitton for rate tncreases; and therefore, be it further
RESOLVED, that charges and payment with respect to the afore-
satd be on forms authorized by the Ctty Camptroller.
