WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 3250 authorizes and provides f or
payment f or overtime wortc, and
WHII2EAS, the Com�ni.ssioner of Public Utilities has
authorized overtime wor� in the Water Department during the
period froa� Julp 10, 1971 to July 23,1971: therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the proper City officers are hereby author-
ized to pay the employees who performed such overtime work in
accordance with the provisions of Ordinances No. 6446 and No.
3250.
