F. Kelly while he is temporarily totally disabled by reason of
injuries he received on July l, 19'71 , while employed by the Depart-
ment of Parks and Recreation and Public Buildings, and that �42.00
in final settlement, to and including July 9, 1971, is now due
and payable.
