The Coiranissioner of Public Works, having had under consideration the pre-
liminary order of the Councili known as Council F`ile No. 25�+053
approved May 14, 19 71 relative to grading and surfacing with

bituminous material the alley adjacent to Lots 21-�, Blk. 19, A. V. Browns Sub. from
Palace Ave. to Jefferson Ave. as part of the West Seventh Renewal Area G-1980. Also
construct sewer for storm water purposes in Palace Ave. from the aliey to Arbor Ave.
and in the alley from Palace Ave. to a point 40 ft. north of Palace Ave. �
