THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN: Section l. LaNasa, and Twin City Federal Savings and Loan Association to rezone from "B" Residence to Commercial to construct a Twin City Federal Savings and Loan Association branch office, property located on the southwest corner of James and South Snelling Avenues. This property is further described as: Lots 1, 2, 3, and the north 8.54 feet of Lot 4, Block 8, Elmwood. This matter was heard at the June 17, 1971, Board of Zoning public hearing, at which time the written staff report was summarized by mention of the proposed use, frontage and area, area zoning, and the site and area conditions. It was pointed out that the Comprehensive Plan recommends Commercial use of this site . In considering this matter, it was noted that part of the site for the praposed development is already-zoned Commercial and developed as a parking lot.
