RESOLVED, T'hat the Council of the City of Saint Paul
hereby approves the application of the Housing and Redevelopment
Authority of the City of Saint Paul, Minnesota, for abatement of
1971 taxes and assessments on certain parcels of real estate ac-
quired by said Authority for redevelopment as part of the Summit-
University Urban Renewal Project, Minn. A-1-1, and that said
assesaments are hereby cancelled, the descriptions of said parcels
and amounts of such taxes and assessments being shown in County
Auditor' s File No. 83696.
