RESOLVED, 'I'hat the Council of the City of Saint Paul
hereby approves the application of the Housing and Redevelopment
Authority of the City of 5aint Paul, Minnesota, for abatement of
1971 taxes and assessments on certain parcels of real estate ac-
quired by said Authority in November, 1970, for redevelopment as
part of the Thomas Dale Renewal Area, Minn. A-1-3, and that said
assessments are hereby cancelled, the descriptions of said parcels
and amounts of such assessments being shown in County Auditor' s
File No. 83695.
