RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of Saint Paul
hereby approves the application of the Housing and Redevelopment
Authority of the City of Saint Paul, Minnesota, for abatement of
1970 taxes and assessment on a parcel of real estate acquired by
said Authority on October 31, 1969, for redevelopment as part of
the Concord Terrace Urban Renewal Project, Minn. R-37, and that said
assessment is hereby cancelled, the description of said parcel and
amount of such assessment being shown in County Auditor' s File No.
83063.
