RESOLVED, That the plans and specifications as submitted for grading
and surfacing with bituminous material the Easterly North-South Alley in
BLK. 6, THE HAMLINE SYNDICATE ADDITION N0. 2 from Thomas Ave. to Lafond Ave.
(G-1976) under P.O. 253216, approved March 24, 1g71 and F.O. 254059,
approved May 18, 1971 ; also the Alley in BLK. 8, COLLEGE PARK from Fry St.
to and including the cul-de-sac (G-i974) under P.O. 253040, approved
March 16, 1971 and F.O. 254061 , approved May 18, 1971 , be and the same
are hereby approved and the Commissioner of Public Works is hereby directed
to order such work done under P. W. Contract No. 71-G 1985, be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, That the cost of above improvement including engineering
and �inspection expenses to be included with the assessment against the
benefited property.
