WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 3250 authorizes and provides
for overtime work, and
WHEREAS, 7,'he C1erk of Municipal Court has authorized
overtime work in his department during the period from
J'uly 10, 1971 to Jt,ily 23, 1971, therefore be it
RSSOLVED, that the proper City Officials are hereby
authorized to pay the employees who perform such overtime
work in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No.
6446 and 3250.
