RESOLVED FiJRTHEft, That the Commissioner of Public Works be and is hereby instructed and
clirected to prepare plans and specifications for said improvement, and submit same to the Council for
approval; that upon said approval, the proper city officials are hereby authorized and directed to pro-
ceed with the making of said improvement in accordance therewith.

The Commissioner of Public Works, having had nnder considerativn the preliminary
order of the Council kno�m as Council File No. 253894 approved
Mav 4th. 1971 relative to reconstructing the sidewalk on both sides
of E. Morton St. from Woodburv St. to Brown Ave. and bv doin�all other work which
is necessarv and incidental to comnlete said imvrovement. �
and having investigated the matters and thiags referred to therein, hereby reportss
1. The estimated cost thereof is $4.40 per lin. ft, fur standard sidewalk
5 ft. wide and $5.30 per lin. ft. for standard sidewalk 6 ft. wfde.
2. A plan, profile or sketch of said iniprovee�at is hereto attached and
made a part thereof.
