WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 3250 authorizes and provides f or
payment f or overt ime work, and
WHEREAS, the Commissioner of Public Utilities has
authorized overtime work in the uiater Department during the
period from Jtrne 26, 1971 to July 9, 1971: therefore be it
RFSOLVID, that the proper City officers are hereby author-
ized to pay the employees who performed such overtime work in
accordance with the provisions of Ordinances No. 6446 and No.
3250.
