The reconstruction of Selby Avenue from Avon Street to Kent Street was approved by Council in the 2003 budget. The Departrnent of
Public Works recognized that additional MSA funding would be needed to cover the esdmated costs of the Selby Avenue Streetscape
Improvements included in this project. A source of these addiflonal MSA funds was identified with the eliminarion of the Great Northern
Indusuiai Pazk & Pierce Butler Route Realignment project. The MSA funding wiil be transferred fram the Great Northem Industria] project
ro the Selby Avenue project with this resolution.
