approeal; that upon said approval, the proper city officials are hereby authorized and directed to pro-
ceed with the making of said improvement in accordance therewith.

The Cotzunissioner of Public Worka, having haci under consideration the preliminary
order of the Council known as Council File TYoo 253643 approved
April 16th. 19 71 relative to reconstructint� the sidewalk on the west

side of Winslow St. from Delos St. to Prosvect '3�. and bv doing all other work
wlnich is necessary and incidental to comnlete said improvement.
and having investigated the matters and things referred to therein, hereby reports:
1. The estimated cost thereof is $4.40 per lin. ft. for standard sidewalk
5 ft. wide snd $5.30 per lin. ft. for standard sidewalk 6 ft. wide,
