'WHBREAS, In the matter of Comptroller's Coatract L-7274 for the BROiiN-SIDNEY,
ROBIE-BIDWELL RSLIEF SE"WER, City Project No. 70-S-1323, Arcon Construc�ion Cc>mpany,
Contractor, the specified date of completion is September 1, 1970, and
�AS, The Contractor has prosecuted the o�rk diligently but due to
circu�stances beyond tbe Contractor"s control it was not possible to complete
the oontract by said date of co�pletion, tY�arefore be it
RSSOLVSD, Tlaat the proper City Officials be and they ara hereby auttu�rized
and dir�cted to esecute an amendment to said cor�tract extending the time of com-
pletion to June 12, 1971, provided hc►wener, that this resolution shall have no

FURTHBR RTSOLVED, That the City of Saint Paul herebq wsives all claim for
