directed to prepare plans and specifications for said improvement, and submit same to the Council for

To the Commissioner of Finance of the City of St. Paula
The Commissioner of Public Works, having had under conaideration the preliminary
order of the Council known as Council File No. 253678 approved
April 20th. 19 71 relative to constructing new sidewalk on the south
side of Villard Ave. from Cleveland Ave. to the east approximately 130 ft. abutting
1050 So. Cleveland Ave. and by doing all other work which is necessary and incidental
to complete said improvement.
and having investigated the matters and things referred to therein, hereby report9<
1. The estimated cost thereof is $4.4� per lin. ft. for standard sidewalk
5 ft. wide and $5.30 pex lin. fto for standard sidewalk b ft. wfdeo
2. A plan, profile or sketch of said improve�nt is hereto attached and
