directed to prepaxe plans and specifications for said improvement, and submit same to the Council for
approval; that upon sa,id approval, the proper city officials are hereby authorized and directed to pro-
ceed with the making of said improvement in accordance therewith.

The Co�nissioner of Public Worka, having had under consideration the preliminary
order of the Council known as Council File No. 253773 approved

which is necessary and incidental to complete said improvement.
and hgving investigated the matters and things referred to therein, hereby reports:
l. The estimated cost thereof is $4.40 per lin. ft. for standard sidewalk
5 ft. wide and $5.30 per lin. ft. for standard sidewalk 8 ft. wide.
2. A plan, profile or sketch of said improve�meat is hereto attached and
made a part thereof.
