d�irected to prepare plans and specifications for said improvement, and submit same to the Council for
approval; that upon said approval, the proper city o�icials are hereby authorized and directed to pro-
ceed with the making of said improvement in accordaace therewith.

order of the Council knofan as Council File Noe 253770 approved

work which is necessary and incidental to complete said improvement.

5 ft, wide and $5.30 per lin. ft. for standard sidewalk 6 ft. widee
