having heard all persons, objections and recommendations relative thereto, and having fully considered
the same; therefore, be it
RESOLVED, By the Council of the City of St. Paul that the precise na.ture, extent and kind of im-
provement to be made by the said City is

ceed with the making of said improvement in accordance therewith.

The Commiseioner of Public Worke, having had under conaideration the preliminary
order of the Council known as Couacil File No. 253780 approved
April 27th. 19 71 relative t,o, reconstructing the sidewalk on both sides ,
of E. Baker St. from S. Robert St. to Gorman St. and bv doing all other work which
• is necessary and incidental to complete said improvement. .

and having investigaeed the mattera and thinga referred to therein, hereby report�:-�
1. The estimated coet thereof ia $4.40 per lin. ft. for atandard sidewalk
5 ft. Wide and $5.30 per lin. ft. for, standard sidewalk 6 ft. wide. � .
