RESOLVED FITRTHER, That the Commissioner of Public Works be and is hereby instructed and
clirected to prepare plans and specificationa for said improvement, and submit same to the Council for
approval; that upon said approval, the proper city oflicials axe hereby authorized and directed to pro-
ceed with the making of said improvement in accordance therewith.

To the Conanieaioner of Finance of the City of St. Paul: .
The Commissioner of Public Worke, having had under conaideration the preliminary
order of the Council known as Council File No. 253779 approved
April 27th. 19 71 relative t,o reconstructing the sidewalk on the south .
side of Sidney St. from Dodd Road west to the west line of Lot 2, Blk 23, Nelson, .
. Stevens � King's Addn. and on the north side of Sidney St. from Dodd Road to Bellows .
St. and from Bellows St. to the west approximately 40 ft. and by doing all other .
work which is necessary and incidental to complete said improvement. .

� 1. The eatimated cost thereof is $4.40 per lin. ft. for atandard sidewa�k .
. 5 ft. wide and $5.30 per lin. ft. foroetandard sidewalk 6 ft. Wide. .
