COUNCIL R LUTION GEN L FORM PRESENTED BY pqeredi th 'u ATF June 18, 1971 COMMISSIONE WHEREAS, the Commissioner of Public Safety and the Bureau of Health have submitted investigation and inspection reports pertaining to the hereinafter described properties, copies of which are attached hereto and made a part hereof; WHEREAS, the Council finds that the conditions described in the hereinafter described properties constitutes nuisance which threaten the public peace, health and safety; and WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 374 of the Charter of the City of Saint Paul and Section 265.52 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code, 24 hours' notice has been given to the owner, occupant, or agent of each of such properties demanding the abatement and removal of such nuisances; now, the refore, be it RESOLVED, That upon the recomrnendation of the Comnissioner of Public Safety, the Comnissioner of Public Works is hereby directed to sumnarily and forthwith remove the said nuisances from the following described properties: 383 West Arlington - Except Wheelock Parkwa�y, Lot 12, Block 14, Edwin M. Ware's Cumberland Addition, Plat #1 �: 741 Fuller - Lot 22, Block 3, Butterfield Syndicate Addition - 867 Hague - Lot 5, Block 3, Haller's Addition 99 North Milton - North 47 feet of i�ts 27 and 28, Block 30, Sumnit Park Addition 406 West Minnehaha - Lot 7, no block, Johnston's Subdivision of Block 1 of Stinson's Division the cost of such removal to be charged against Fund No. 0979; and be it , �. FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Comnissioner of Public Safety is directed to ascertain the cost of such removal and to forward the same to the County Auditor in the manner, as taxes against said properties.
