ceed with the making of said improvement in accordance therewith.

The Commissioner af Pnblic Works, having had under consideration the preliminary
order of the Council knovm as Council File Noo 253644 approved
Auril 16th. 19 71 relative to reconstructinQ the sidewalk on both sides
of Stillwater Ave. from Johnson Parkwav to Clarence St. and by doin� all other
work which is necessary and incidental to comple�e said improvement.
