approval; that upon said approval, the proper city officials are hereby authorized and directed to pro-
ceed with the making of said improvement in accordance therewith.

To the Commissioner of Finance of the City of St. Paulo
The Commissioner of Public Works, having had under consideration the preliminary
order of the Council known as Council File Noe 253582 approved
AAril 13th. 19 71 relative to recoastructintx the sidewalk on the west
side of White__Bear Ave. from York Ave. to the north apuroximatelv 118 ft and by
doinl� all other work which is necessary and incidental to complete said improvement.
and having investigated the matter� and things referred to therein, hereby reports:
1. The estimated cost thereof is $4.4� per lino ft. for standard sidewalk
5 ft. wide and $5a30 per lin, fto for standard sidewalk b ft. wide.
2. A plan, profile or sketch of said improvement is hereto attached and
made a part thereofo
