East Third Street by taking and condemning for street purposes, the Westerly six feet (6') of
lot 6, Block )0, Robert L. Wares .Eastern Heights, aiso condemning and taking an easement in the
land necessary for the slopes, cuts and filis, inclu�ing right of removal of lateral support
fran subject land or remainder thereof, occasioned by excavations thereof or construction of
siopes in the grading and surfacing and constructing coner�t��°curb and gutter on VAN DYKE

and the Council hereby ordere eaid improvemente to be made.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that the following land, lande or easemente therein be and the same are
hareby ordered to be taken, appropriated snd condemned for the purpose of making eaid improvemente, vis.:
