RESOLVED, that Claire E. Biron be paid the sum of �3,307. 50
out of the Workmen' s Compensation Account of the General Fund
in full settlement of his claim against the City of Saint Paul
for compensation resulting from his injury of November 22, 1g6g,
while employed by the Department of Public Safety, Bureau of Fire
Protection, whereby he suffered a 15°�o permanent partial disability
to his back; that of said sum, �3,307. 50 is now due and payable.
