In the Matter of reconstructing the sidewalk on both sides of Otto Avenue from
Chatsworth Street to Rogers Street and by doing all other work which is necessary
and ineidental to complete said improvement,
under Preliminary Order 252603 approved February 23, 1971
The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Finance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is
to reconstruct the $idewalk on both sides of Otto Avenue from 4"hatsworth Street
to Rogers Street and by doing all other work which is necessary and incidental to
complet� said improvement, except where good and sufficient poured sidewalks now
exist,
�vith no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $ 1.60 per assessable foot - Residerit�al
$ 3.20 per assessable foot - Commercial
Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said impravement on the 13th day of
July, 1971 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A.M., in the Council Chamber of the Court
House and City Hail Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commisaioner of Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total cast thereof as estimated.
