INTERMEDIARY ORDER

In the Matter of reconstructing the sidewalk on the east side of Chatsworth Street
from Randolph Avenue to the north approximately 111.8 feet and on the north side of
Randolph Avenue from Chatsworth Street to the east approximately 38.75 feet and by
doing all other work which is necessarq and incidental to complete said improvement,
under Preliminary Order 252145 approved January 27, 1971
The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Finance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is
to reconstruct the sidewalk on the east side of Chatsworth Street from Randolph
Avenue to the north approximately 111.8 feet and on the north side of Randolph Avenue
from Chatsworth Street to the east approximately 38.75 feet and by doing all other
work which is necessary and incidental to complete said improvement, except where
good and sufficient poured sidewalks now exist,
with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $ 1.60 �er assessable foot - Residential
$ 3.20 per assessable foot - Commercial
Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 13th day of
.tulx, 1971 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A.M., in the Council Chamber of the Court
House and City Hail Buiiding in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the unprovement and the total cast thereof as estimated.
