maintain Witham Avenue from its intersection with Concord Street to a
point approximately 250 feet northerly of said intersection, has been
prepared and introduced qthe Councii of the City of Saint Paul , and wi

now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That pending the said Ordinance becaning effective, the
Commissioner of P�btic Works is he�eby authorized and directed to issue
a permit to tMe Port Authority of Saint Paul for the construction,
operat i on, and roa i ntenance of sa i d Mli tham Avenue sub j ect to the s�,e,����
conditio�s and requirements as set out in Ordinance C.F. No. ����`= t
pending before the Council of the City of Saint Paul , informal app�oval o
the said construction, operation, and maintenance bei�tg hereby given in
anticipation of the final adoption and approval of said Ordinance.
