R.ESOLVED FURTHER, That the Commissioner of Public Works be and is hereby instructed and
directed to prepare plans and specifications for said improvement, and aubmit same to the Council for
approval; that upon sa,id approval, the proper city officials are hereby authorized and directed to pro-
ceed with the making of said improvement in accordance therewith.

The Commiseioner of Public Worke, having had under conaideration the preliminary '
order of the Council kno�rn ae Council File No. 253591 approved ,
Anril 13th. 1971 relative to, reconstructin� the sidewalk on both sides •
of Acker St. from Cortland Place to Elk St. and Elk St. extended and by doin� all �
other work which is necessary and incidental to complete aaid improvement. ,

� and having investigated the matters and thiage referred to therein, hereby report�:-� ��
1. The eatimated coet thereo� ie $4.40 per lin. ft. for etandard sidewalk �
5 ft. wide and $5.30 per lin. ft. for etandard sidewalk 6 ft. Wide. .
2. A plan, profile or sketch of said improvement is hereto attached and .
made a part thereof.
