WNEREAS, Ordinance No. 3250 authorizes and provides for payment for
overtime work, and
WHEREAS, the Camnissioner of P:�blic Safety has authorized overtime
work in his department (Bureau of Health) during the period from May 29,
1971 to June 11 , 1971: therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the proper city officers are hereby authorized to pay the
employees who performed such overtime work in accordance with the provisions vf
Ordinance No. fi445 and No. 3250.
