WHEREAS, TCF Bank Foundation has awarded a donation of $2,500.00 to the Department of Fire and Safety Services on behalf
of the 2003 Community Awards Recognition Dinner, and
WHEREAS, the Department of Fire and Safety Services would like to accept this donation from the TCF Bank Foundation, and
WHEREAS, the public purpose of this donation is to pay for audio visual and cabie broadcast costs associated with the 2003
Community Awards Recognition Dinner, and
W HEREAS, financing and spending plans have not been established for the donation received, and
WHEREAS, the Mayor, pursuant to Section 10.07.1 of the Charter of the City of Saint Paul, does certify that there are available for
appropriations $2,500.00 in funds in excess of those estimated in the 2003 budget; and, in accordance with Section 10.07.1 of the
City Charter, recommends the following changes to the 2003 budget:
