RESOLVED, Tha.t the Mayor, City Clerk, Commissioner of Public
Works, and City Comptroller are hereby auth.orized and directed
to execute Agreement on beha.lf of the City of Saint Paul between
the City and the State of Minnesota, acting by and through its
Commissioner of Highways� said Agreement pertaining to the Ma.in-
- tena.nce of Trunk Highway within the corporate limits of the City
of Saint Paul during the fiscal year 1972 (July 1; 1971 through
June 30, 1972), and providing tha.t the State will reimburse to the
City the sum of $1,250.00 per equivalent lane mile for such
mileage of trunk highway to be maintained by the City of Saint Paul.
