RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Saint Paul
hereby authorizes and directs the proper City officers to
charge the fund established under Resolution of the City
Council, C.F. No. 256936, adopted January 4, 1972, for
expenses incurred by the City in retaining the services of
Christopher Columbus & Associates , court reporters, for the
hearing to be conducted before the Hearing Examiner, Robert
Sheran, in the gas rate matter initiated by Northern States
Power Company in its petition for rate increases; and, therefore,
be it further
