WHEREAS, Roger Barr is a regular employee of SOS with certain rights and benefits as a SOS empioyee; and WHEREAS, the parties agree that Roger Barr be the subject of a mobility agreement from SOS to the City to assume the duties described herein; and WHEREAS, this agreement is authorized by and subject to Minnesota Statutes 15.51- 15.59, NOW, THEREFORE, the parties agree as follows: Effective upon approval by the Saint Paul City Council, Roger Barr will be the subject of this mobility agreement from SOS to the City for up to six (6) months, commencing January 27, 2003, subj ect to an extension, if any. 2. Under the direction of the Mayor or his designee, Roger Barr will perform the duties of Interim Education Director and will serve at the will and pleasure of the City. This work will be approximately half of Roger Ban's normal working hours at SOS. 3. This mobility agreement may be terminated at any time, with a minimum of 15 calendaz days notice by either of the parties. 4. For the duration of this mobility agreement, Roger Barr remains an employee of SOS and continues to accrue and retain any benefits, seniority, compensation with and only from SOS. SOS shall maintain the necessary workers' compensation and unemployment insurance as required by law as it affects Roger Barr. 5.
