WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 3250 authorizes and prwides f or
payment f or avertime work, and
WHEREAS, the Commissioner of Public Utilities has
authorized wertime work in the Water Department during the
period from Dec. 11, 1971 to Dec. 24, 1971:therefore be it
RESOLVID, that the proper City officers are hereby author-
ized t o pay the empl oyees who perf ormed such avertime work in
accordance with the pro�visions of Ordinances No. 6446 and No.
3250.
