WHEREAS, the Cou�cil, by its Resolution, C.F. 256890,
adopted December 28, 1971, approved an Operating Agreement with
the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Saint Paul
for the City' s Code Enforcement Program, for a period of 18 monthsf
and
WHEREI�S, both parties agree that the term of this contract
should be for 24 months; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That Resolution, C.F. 256890, adopted December 28,
1971, be and the same is hereby amended so as to authorize the
above referenced agreement with the Housing Authority for a period
of 24 months.
